TelAviv Fashion Week
Tel Aviv Fashion Week – World Tour, will take place at Mercedes - Benz Fashion Week in Russia . Tel Aviv Fashion Week will show off the best of the Israeli fashion industry during the 27 th season S/S 2014 of Mercedes - Benz Fashion Week Russia. Tel Aviv Fashion Week, the most important event in Israel's fashion industry, will take place for the first time as part of its world tour at the Mercedes - Benz Fashion Week in Moscow between the 28 - 29th October 2013 at the Manege . Building on the success o f former events held in Israel, this year's Tel Aviv Fashion Week, will further expose the latest trends and innovations in Israel's couture scene to an international audience. The fashion week will feature a combination of famous Israeli designers with in ternational exposure. The 2 - day event will host a fashion show followed by a showroom. Tel Aviv Fashion Week has been resuscitated by Ofir Lev, General Manager of Israel's Fashion and Textile Association in 2011 after a hiatus of over 30 years. Its aim is to serve as a platform to promote and further develop Israel's fashion industry comprised of innovative and cutting edge designers.
Former events which were held in Israel included Roberto Cavalli and Moschino as guests of honor in addition to top Israeli designers.
