The Spanish fashion brand Mango opens its first store in the city of Karachi, Pakistan and now has 2,500 stores in 108 countries and remains Spain's most international fashion brand.

The 284 m2 store is located on the first floor of the Dolmen City Shopping Centre, located in one of the most popular shopping districts of Karachi. This new store opening in Karachi will be complemented with a further two stores in the major Pakistani cities of Lahore and Islamabad. The MANGO store in Lahore, which will offer 283 m2, will open its doors in August, while the Islamabad store opening is forecast for February 2013.

The firm closed the 2011 financial year with a turnover of 1.408 billion euros for the MANGO MNG Holding S.L.U. Consolidated Group and subsidiary companies, a figure that corresponds to R.R.P. sales excluding VAT for company-owned stores, plus wholesale sales to franchises. This represents an 11% increase in turnover over 2010.
