Elie Saab for Spring-Summer 201607 October 2015 | + Veselka Petrova
'For Spring-Summer 2016, I wanted to introduce a woman who takes the codes of the House and feels free to portray them in her own way', said the designer - and I think he did it. He managed to introduce a collection, which includes all of the Elie Saab quintessential elements, but in the same time is absolutely different from all his other works.
The Lebanese designer presented his latest creations on Saturday (October 3, 2015) in France, during the Paris Fashion Week.
Brand's typical romance, femininity, florals and lace were there, but instead of glamorous Red carpet gowns, Saab presented a line of daywear, including sweet short dresses, long lace gowns, leather bomber jackets, gamine style tops, flat sandals, ribbons on the collars, striped suits, block prints in bright colors.
Of course, there were also a several evening gowns, featuring embroidery, sequins and transparency - the real Elie Saab style, which all we know.
