Miss Ofelia Kaneva is almost 27 years old but she has such an educational and professional experience behind her back that would be a cause for envy even for ministers, diplomatist and many person of high standing.

\\ Before she became a deputy-mayor of Sliven, she has been a head consultant in Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. There Miss Kaneva has been working on many significant social programs and projects.

\\What\\\'s more we should know about her\?

\She was a scholarship student of Open Society Institute from 2000 to 2001 for high academic achievements in the management of public resources. Later she has worked on projects for social integration of person in disability coordinated by European Union. \ She is a member of many government councils and organizations as well as a delegate in scores of international, European and world forums and conferences.
